How a Legal Services CRM rollout works

Set up organizations, ownership and review rules around a real engagement case.

  1. Define scope

Choose the first organization, its owners, an independent Sales Manager and the engagement path to rehearse.

  2. Prepare records

Set up organizations, team members and counterparty accounts before entering opportunities.

  3. Agree evidence

Decide what activity outcome, matter summary and attachment a reviewer needs at each gate.

  4. Rehearse decisions

Run an opportunity through qualification, conflict review, proposal, outcome review and receipt inspection.

  5. Expand use

Add more owners and organizations after the first working cycle gives a clear audit trail.

What the customer provides

Provide organization names and codes, member identities and roles, account data, and a small set of realistic prospective engagements. Name the Sales Manager who can review independently. Supply examples of conflict evidence and customer acceptance or loss context. Agree who checks review-needed receipts and who maintains account eligibility notes.

Changing it afterwards

When a decision rule changes, test it against an existing opportunity with a known revision and review history. Preserve earlier decisions and receipts. Check that owners can still tell which version the manager considered and that the Auditor can follow the same path. Review roles and the data model before changing access or imported relationships.
