How a Live Event Streaming rollout works
Set up one event cycle before widening the operating scope.
Set the operating scope
Add the organization, active team members and venue. Confirm time zone, currency and ownership.
Prepare the event
Create one scheduled program with a venue, capacity and current owner. Agree who submits it and who decides on the current revision.
Rehearse the handoffs
Run a registration through review, reserve admission quantity and record an actual arrival. Check a verified provider capture against the paid admission.
Review exceptions
Try a capacity change after approval, a repeated admission scan, an uncertain provider result and a cancellation after entry. Keep the history and decision reasons visible.
Close the pilot
Reconcile admitted quantity, provider effects and open operation receipts before completing the event.
What the customer provides
Bring the organization name and time zone, current team membership, event owner, venue contact, planned schedule and capacity. For paid admissions, supply the provider event reference format and a source for confirmed payment results. Decide who may approve events and registrations, who verifies payment evidence and who handles a receipt that needs review.
Changing it afterwards
A venue or capacity change can affect a prior decision. Present the revised event for review with its current revision rather than relying on an old approval. Keep prior admission and provider evidence tied to the original event when correcting scope. Expand to another venue or organization after the pilot handoffs can be explained from their records. Start the setup.
