Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one venue and one scheduled event. Enter the program subject, owner, time, capacity and organization. Agree on the event and registration review rules, then walk through a reservation, a participant registration and an actual admission. If paid admission is in scope, agree how provider results and references will reach the evidence records.
Review before release
Have a different reviewer decide on the submitted event revision. Rehearse a changed capacity, an admission scan repeated on the same line and a provider result that needs investigation. Confirm the team’s closeout decision from admitted quantity, verified payment evidence and open operation receipts. Review the setup phases or browse the modules.
