• Payment evidence source. Decide how confirmed authorization, capture, refund and void results reach the payment evidence record, with provider identifiers and verification state. Map admission receipts to those references.
• Staff identity. Link platform users to team members so event ownership, review and attachment upload have an accountable person.

Agree which provider reference is authoritative and who may verify an effect. A request to a provider and its confirmed result are separate moments. Retain the operation key and expected revision when an action is attempted, then inspect its linked effects before marking the receipt completed.
