Systems to connect
- Lending provider. Map provider account IDs, instruction IDs, disbursement and settlement events to the borrower account and application.
- Provider repayment events. Bring source event IDs, confirmed receipt dates and amounts into the loan account’s repayment records.
- Provider schedule feed. Retain each schedule row’s provider snapshot ID, due date, principal and interest when importing obligations.
How connections are governed
Agree the owner of each incoming feed and the meaning of its timestamps. Keep the provider’s source ID on every imported event so a retry can be recognized and an exception can be traced. An instruction should have a stable operation key, and an equivalent repeat should refer to the original attempt. Verify effects against local decision, disbursement and evidence records before marking a receipt completed. Limit each connection to the organization and actions it serves. Reconcile a pilot case from application to provider event before widening the feed. See implementation for the sequence.
