Create your account
Click Get started and use Proto to configure Logistics CRM for your business. Set the operating organization, its time zone and currency, then identify the Relationship Owner, Sales Manager, App Administrator and Auditor who will take part in the first case.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a current shipper account and open an opportunity with a named owner, expected close date and value. Log the customer contact as relationship activity. If the request concerns a lane, enter the origin and destination ZIP codes, weekly loads and rate validity date. Attach the relevant proposal or customer material with the appropriate visibility.
Review before release
Ask the Sales Manager to inspect the lane and opportunity evidence, record a reasoned decision and check the source revision. Follow the customer conversation to its outcome, then compare the operation receipts with the recorded effect. Let an Auditor read the case from beginning to end. Use the implementation guide to expand beyond the first case.
