Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one production unit and a short date window. Bring a stable source ID, a sample capture, observed scheduled and run minutes, total and good unit counts, and representative machine facts. Agree the measurement definition and source-field mapping with the Metric Steward. Name an Independent Reviewer and the Operations Manager who will act on the result.
Review before release
Invoke validation and efficiency computation from the workspace. Check the operation run, numbered steps and persisted source values. Compare the capture window and source revision with the result being reviewed. Let the reviewer record a decision with a reason and evidence reference. Assign a follow-up for an exception and confirm that its due date and owner are visible. Expand only after the pilot result can be traced from observation to decision.
