Click Get started to create an ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Meal Prep / Subscription Box. Name the Merchant Owner and Admin, then invite the people who will manage products, warehouse work, customer care and finance decisions. Give each person the access needed for their operating role.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one catalog and enter saleable products and variants. Add stock for the serving warehouse. Check payment and shipping choices, tax rates and any discount rule. Place a cart and a meal order using a real product example. Follow the order through payment review and a fulfillment event.
Review before release
Have Customer Service Rep answer a test customer question from the order number. Ask Finance Manager to review a pending refund and its remaining refundable balance. Confirm that Merchant Owner understands the checkout configuration result and Warehouse Operator sees the right variant stock. Use implementation for the full rollout sequence.
