How a Meal Prep / Subscription Box rollout works
Bring the catalog, checkout, order, delivery and service teams onto one operating path.
Name owners
Merchant Owner assigns catalog, warehouse, customer service and finance responsibilities, including refund approval.
Prepare records
Import catalogs, products, variants, stock, customers and addresses in reference order.
Set checkout choices
Review payment methods, shipping methods, tax rates and discount rules for the first market.
Rehearse orders
Place carts and orders, inspect payment evidence, record fulfillment and test a refund decision.
Open operations
Train each role on its views and agree who checks failed configuration, payment and delivery outcomes.
What the customer provides
Provide product titles, variant SKUs, prices, stock by warehouse, selling markets, shipping choices and the people authorized for each role. Prepare a small set of real order scenarios: a normal delivery, a payment problem, a partial fulfillment and a refund request. If external providers are used, supply their connection details through the normal secure setup process.
Changing it afterwards
Update a product or promotion with an owner who understands which orders are already placed. Preserve purchased meal lines and prior payment evidence as history. Add a market by checking its catalog and checkout choices before traffic begins. Rehearse role changes with an order and a pending refund so access follows the current decision owners.
