• Carrier and label service. Supply label and tracking details for Fulfillment Events, with the correct order and shipping method.
• Email delivery. Send customer messages through the merchant’s chosen provider and retain the related communication outcome.

Merchant Owner names an owner for each connection and its failure queue. Admin controls credentials and access. Finance Manager reconciles payment and refund outcomes; Warehouse Operator checks carrier events; Marketing Manager checks campaign and communication records.
