Create your account

Click Get started to open Microfinance / SHG Management. Ask Proto to help configure the operating organization, counterparties, provider-held accounts and team access. Name the Credit Officer, Independent Credit Approver and Treasury Reconciler for the first cycle.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one eligible counterparty and an active account. Prepare an instruction with a requested amount, value date, balanced debit and credit account scope and a supporting attachment. Submit the revision for independent review. Then record the provider instruction reference and the confirmation or settlement evidence received for that case.

Review before release

Have the reviewer inspect the exact submitted revision and the reconciler compare the provider event with the authorized instruction. Try a second case with a mismatched amount or date, and confirm that it stays visible as an exception. Agree who will handle corrections and how provider evidence reaches the team. Continue with the implementation plan.

Set up Microfinance / SHG Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
