Pilot one event with a small capacity and a registration requiring review. Show the approved request, verified capture and reserved admission before check-in. Scan the same line again and confirm that the admission history is unchanged.
During the rehearsal, ask the person on the gate to locate a reservation and explain when an admitted time is recorded. Ask Finance Reviewer to show the original provider reference behind a capture. An uncertain action should remain visible in its operation receipt until its linked effects are checked. This gives the whole team one concrete event to use when agreeing on access and handoffs.
