Admissions Lead can then test reservations against the capacity of the correct event. Finance Reviewer checks captures per event rather than treating a festival-wide payment total as admission evidence.
During the rehearsal, ask the person on the gate to locate a reservation and explain when an admitted time is recorded. Ask Finance Reviewer to show the original provider reference behind a capture. An uncertain action should remain visible in its operation receipt until its linked effects are checked. This gives the whole team one concrete event to use when agreeing on access and handoffs.
