Bring its customer and ship-to details, product lines, lot and best-by information, promised date, carrier handoff and payment evidence. Name the people who prepare orders, decide reviews, record shipment events and investigate exceptions.
Review before release
Follow the order from Draft to Review, independent decision, allocation and shipment. Check that the related events, receipts and payment evidence explain the result. Repeat with a returned decision, temperature excursion and mismatched amount. Confirm each person can access only the records and decisions assigned to them. Reconcile the pilot with its source order before expanding.
