Click Get started to begin. Invite the coordinator, clinician, reviewer and governance administrator who will run the first operating cycle. Confirm their access to patient, encounter and clinical evidence records before entering real work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one service and a small set of representative visits. Confirm patient numbers, staff records, care-team assignments and clinician privilege evidence. Agree visit types, consent purposes, note types and who changes each encounter state. Bring one completed case and one exception, such as an expired consent or rejected specimen, into the rehearsal.
Review before release
Schedule an encounter, mark arrival, document care, inspect the signed note and observations, then complete the review handoff. Assign follow-up work and confirm its owner can find it. Where the service bills the visit, check the charge and payment reference process. Use the implementation guide to record owners for connected systems and later changes.
