• Carrier policy service. Return the carrier policy ID and issue result for a reviewed policy revision; retain the corresponding operation receipt.
• Premium payment provider. Supply a provider event for each received premium, with amount, receipt date and verification result.
• Claim payout provider. Supply the provider event, paid amount and verification result for the exact claim decision.
• Veterinary evidence source. Bring the vet invoice and pet reference to the selected veterinary claim when care evidence originates elsewhere.

Agree which system owns each external identifier and which staff member reconciles delayed or repeated events. Match the carrier and policy before accepting an incoming result. Keep failed and review-needed operation receipts available to the responsible team. The data model shows where each identifier belongs; the implementation plan starts with a limited rehearsal.
