Click Get started and use Proto to configure Photo Studio Management for the people who run your studio. Identify the Studio Manager, Producer, Photographer, Content Producer, Publication Reviewer and Editorial Manager for the pilot job.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Bring a client project, one scheduled shoot, the photographer’s linked person and user, a small set of image references and a current rights agreement. Add a production task and a content item with a file version. Agree how the client gives proof choices and how final delivery is acknowledged.

Review before release

Capture the session and a selected proof, then check both saved records. Review the exact file version under the agreement, publish the Approved item and verify its publication date. Confirm that unrelated production work stays open. Use the implementation plan for the full rehearsal.

Set up Photo Studio Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
