Click Get started and use Proto to configure Pick & Pack Optimization for your organization. Set the organization and team member access first so preparation and review occur under the right names.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active item, eligible lot and storage location. Record its opening on-hand balance. Enter a stock request with a known quantity and required date. Have Inventory Supervisor decide the request, then hold stock and submit a pick wave for independent review. Identify the pack station and carton label if this pilot includes packing.
Review before release
Check the wave revision, zone, required units and route evidence. Execute the authorized request, then compare posted signed movements with the approved quantity. Inspect the operation receipt and ask the auditor to trace the decision and stock effect back to the request. See the implementation plan for the rehearsal sequence.
