Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one course with a known capacity, instructor and class schedule. Reconcile its learner enrollments and select one drive with employer, role, date and criteria. Prepare one valid application and one refusal case. Bring fee obligations and confirmed payment information if finance is in the pilot.
Review before release
Have Education Administrator approve a requested enrollment, Instructor check the linked sessions, Academic Reviewer confirm a graded result, and Application Reviewer take a learner through the placement decision. Try duplicate capture and skipped status cases. Confirm each person sees only the records needed for their work, then release the reviewed configuration.
