Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one current field and crop cycle. Gather the field code, area and location; block variety, planting year and tree count; staff and user links; open field tasks; input lot balances; and recent harvest measurements. Agree which units the team uses for input application and crop quantity.

Review before release

Rehearse a task from planning through approval and completion. Trace an input application to its lot. Record a field observation, a block harvest round and a crop harvest against the right cycle. Have the responsible people review field status, harvest quantity and remaining tasks before closing the cycle. Compare the resulting yield with the field area, then invite the wider team.
