Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Use Proto to describe your series, production team and the episode you want to pilot.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an active project and a coming episode. Bring the content item, current file revision, rights agreement, audio file, task assignments and planned publish time. Name the Producer, Editor and Rights Manager who will check each handoff.
Review before release
Ask the Editor to verify the current file version and permitted use. Ask the Producer to check the episode’s linked content and each platform receipt. The Editor reviews confirmed evidence before recording publication. Compare the resulting records with the external acknowledgments and resolve pending or failed receipts.
