Integrations and source ownership

• Audio host and RSS publisher. Agree which system hosts the audio file and publishes the feed; agree how its episode identifier will be matched to the production episode.
• Distribution platforms. Capture platform acknowledgments with external identifiers and publish timestamps as receipts against the episode.
• Identity provider. Map the authenticated user to the People record used for assignment and reviewer attribution.
• Accounting platform. Decide how project costs are exported or reconciled with financial records.

Choose the source owner for each identifier and date. Test a repeated platform acknowledgment, a delayed response and a failed receipt. Keep the provider evidence attached to the correct episode before treating a receipt as confirmed. Give access only to the people who work on that connection and review an exception before changing a published record.
