How a Port & Terminal Management rollout works

Start with operating identities, then rehearse a real move.

  1. Set operating scope

Configure organizations, user-linked team members and transport partners. Check time zones and access with representative accounts.

  2. Prepare dispatch records

Enter drivers, vehicles and defects, then a load linked to ordered stops and an assignment interval.

  3. Rehearse terminal review

Draft a container move, attach evidence, submit a revision and have an independent supervisor decide.

  4. Check the outcome

Confirm custody and customs information, complete an eligible move and inspect its operation receipt.

  5. Expand carefully

Review delivery, yard, assignment and decision reports before importing more open work.

What the customer provides

Bring organization codes, staff identities, active transport partner details, driver and vehicle authority references, current loads, planned stop windows and the evidence used to verify terminal events. Name the people responsible for dispatch preparation, independent review and customs checks. Agree how the team handles a held container and a receipt that needs review.

Changing it afterwards

Update organization membership and partner eligibility through the responsible administrator. A changed submitted move must return to review for the relevant revision. Keep the old decision and receipt history so the team can explain what was accepted before a correction. See the data model for import order and roles for access rehearsal.
