Choose a product-linked design submission and engineering change the reviewer can inspect. Prepare Approved demand, an Available resource and a feasible Draft work order. Load opening stock with known on-hand and reserved quantities for the intended item, location and lot.

• Confirm item identities and revision naming with Product Engineer.
• Map the operator’s account and identify the responsible reviewer.
• Configure access and operating screens with the actual team.
• Prepare inspection evidence and the accepted-quantity basis for batch release.
• Agree design-repository, receiving or finance connections where the pilot needs them.

Rehearse duplicate design identity, invalid change scope and work that fails release prerequisites. Post an eligible material issue and replay it without another deduction. Refuse invalid production intervals. Record valid evidence and inspect Pending output, then release accepted quantity once. Refuse Held and Rejected batches and keep work incomplete while a sibling remains Pending.

Ask engineering, inventory and quality owners to explain the evidence and resulting balances. Resolve the manufacturing instruction handoff before releasing affected work. Expand after the team can repeat the cycle with its agreed permissions.
