Create your account
Click Get started to open Project Management. Use Proto to configure the users, teams and access your organization needs. Choose a project manager and owner for the pilot initiative.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Add the project with its target date and visibility. Add members, a short task sequence, primary assignments and the next milestone. Ask a team member to update a task, add a comment and record time. Have the manager check Project Kanban and Project Gantt against the plan.
Review before release
Prepare a status update and compare it with current tasks and milestones before sharing. Rehearse Viewer and Guest access with real accounts. Check that the sponsor can identify the next decision and its owner from the project record and shared account.
