How a Property Listing Portal rollout works

Pilot one organization's listing path before extending the book.

  1. Set operating scope

Establish the organization, staff membership, account codes and who reviews listing decisions independently.

  2. Bring in engagements

Enter active accounts and opportunities with owner, counterparty, expected value and close date.

  3. Prepare evidence

Add a property listing and seller authorization, then agree which files may be Shared.

  4. Rehearse decisions

Submit a listing, return a conflicting revision, correct it and approve the current revision through a Sales Manager.

  5. Check outcomes and receipts

Close a verified customer outcome, repeat a request with its original operation key and reconcile an uncertain receipt by reading its linked effect.

What the customer provides

The brokerage provides organization details, active team members, seller account records, current listing opportunities and authorization files. A Sales Manager supplies the review criteria for address, price, property type and publication date. The team chooses any external publication destination and its acknowledgement process. Prepare both a successful property case and a case that should be rejected.

Changing it afterwards

When owner authorization or the asking price changes, prepare a correction on the current listing revision. Keep earlier review decisions and receipts available. Test the change on a representative opportunity, including an uncertain external result, before using the new practice across the book. Review the process and check access.
