• Publication destination. If the brokerage sends approved listings to an external site or feed, agree the destination, its acknowledgement and the reference returned for each action.
• Document source. If seller authorizations live in another document system, agree how the signed files enter the opportunity’s attachments with a title, uploader and visibility.

Start with an approved listing revision and its parent opportunity. Keep the operation key stable when a request is repeated. Record the external reference when a destination supplies one, and reconcile the actual effect if a response is uncertain. A local publication date identifies the record’s intended timing; staff should verify any outside publication through the destination’s own evidence.
