Create your account

Click Get started and open PSA for Managed Service Providers. Set up the people who will own the client, manage delivery, review service entries, handle billing and reconcile collections. Choose a first client and the agreement that will anchor the pilot.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Enter the client, organization, engineer records and agreement terms. Add a billable service line with hours and an agreement, plus time and any expense incurred. Submit the service line and inspect its approval result, decision record and operation receipt. Prepare a milestone with its deliverable, amount and due date; approve it after checking the work. Follow the invoice result into a linked monthly billing record.

Review before release

Check the client and agreement owners, contract value, hours budget and billing terms. Rehearse a failed service approval and a failed milestone invoice attempt so the team can recognize the receipts. Confirm the payment source Billing Specialist will use before marking a record Received. Open Agreement Margin Desk and compare the first cycle’s delivery and billing with the underlying records. Use the implementation plan to expand after this cycle reconciles.
