Create your account

Click Get started and open Publishing House ERP. Invite the people who will own editorial, production, rights and cost work. Bind the person who will approve a content file version to their user through the People record.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one title with an editor and a real production deadline. Record its project and budget, manuscript, content items, assigned tasks, current rights agreement, file version and print edition facts. Agree who changes each status and how the team checks a revised date or file version.

Review before release

Ask Managing Editor to find the manuscript and content work, Production Lead to find the open tasks and edition details, Rights Reviewer to check the agreement and decide the version, and Finance Lead to explain the cost position. Open each linked source record after the decision. Use implementation for the rehearsal and roles for access.

Set up Publishing House ERP your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
