Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an incoming or final inspection with a known subject reference. Gather its characteristic requirements and evidence, identify the assigned Inspector and agree who reviews the result. Include a controlled instruction, one audit scope and the serial and heat identifiers for any trace entry you will rehearse.
Review before release
Run the inspection from planned to review, then decide one accepted and one rejected scope. Follow the rejected case to containment and corrective action effectiveness review. Check the audit reporting and document release records with the people responsible for their content. Use implementation to widen the scope after the pilot.
