Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active product and specification. Add its inspection type, plan, sampling rule and instrument record. Run a representative incoming or in-process inspection and record a passing measurement. Then rehearse a failed result with a cited defect, containment action and nonconformance report. Review the implementation phases before widening the scope.
Review before release
Have Quality Manager inspect the disposition decision and the CAPA path on the rehearsal case. Check assigned access by opening the same records as Inspector / QC Operator, Quality Engineer and Viewer. Confirm the source reference and supporting certificate or report UR ls that the team will need later. Schedule the first audit after the inspection path is understood.
