Create your account
Click Get started and open Radio Station Management. Use Proto to set up the station’s people, project and programming records around a short operating cycle. Name the Station Manager, Programming Coordinator, Content Producer, Editor, Rights Reviewer and Traffic Coordinator for the rehearsal.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring one planned project, a content item with a file version, a rights agreement, a production task and a presenter-led broadcast slot. Add an ad play log with a campaign reference, spot identifier and scheduled time. Use real examples whose owners can explain the intended decisions.
Review before release
Walk the content version through review, check its rights window and have the manager review the planned slot. After the broadcast, compare the scheduled ad spot with played evidence in the reconciliation list. If a case is unclear, correct the underlying record and repeat the handoff with the team.
