How a Radio Station Management rollout works

Set up a short, reviewable station operating cycle.

  1. Define ownership

Agree who plans programming, produces content, reviews rights, edits versions and reconciles ad plays.

  2. Load core records

Add users, people and projects, then connect content items, tasks and costs.

  3. Prepare the schedule

Enter presenter-led slots with clear start and end times and review planned windows.

  4. Review content

Attach a version, check agreement terms and carry an item through editorial approval.

  5. Reconcile play evidence

Record planned spots, bring in observed played times and work the awaiting-evidence list.

What the customer provides

Bring the people roster, a short set of project plans, current content files, applicable rights agreements, an upcoming program schedule and representative spot play evidence. Choose the time zone and the meaning of each team’s handoff. The pilot should include a revised content version, a cancelled slot and a spot with no played time so the team can see how exceptions appear.

Changing it afterwards

Review record ownership before changing a role’s access or an operating convention. A revised program window should still identify its presenter; a new content version should remain attached to the same parent item. Use the data model to plan imports and the roles page to rehearse decisions.
