How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Recruitment CRM for your business. Begin with an active client account, an assigned hiring opportunity and a mandate ready for review.
What is the difference between an account and an opportunity?
The account identifies the hiring client and its contact. Each opportunity records a distinct client hiring request, owner, stage and expected close date.
Where do position terms go?
Use a hiring mandate linked to the opportunity. It can hold the position title, openings, target start and placement fee.
Who reviews a submitted mandate?
A Sales Manager can review the submitted terms independently and record a decision with a reason against the reviewed revision.
How do we record client conversations?
Log calls, meetings, emails and tasks as relationship activity on the opportunity they concern. Include the outcome so a reviewer can understand the next action.
Can we keep supporting files with the request?
Yes. Attach files to the opportunity with an evidence type and internal or shared visibility.
What happens when a client declines?
Record the opportunity as Lost and include a loss reason. Keep the earlier activity and mandate history for future account review.
What does a receipt needing review mean?
It means a person should compare the recorded action and expected revision with the linked opportunity before resolving the exception.
How do separate organizations work?
Organizations hold operating identity and team membership. Keep each account, opportunity and mandate under the organization responsible for the case.
Where do I see the full record structure?
Read the data model and rehearse an example case during implementation.
