Treasury Operator prepares the organization, counterparty, amount and account scope. Treasury Approver makes the independent decision on the current revision.

Transfer Quotes links send and recipient amounts and destination to a parent instruction. The approver reviews the submitted revision.

Bank Evidence keeps provider event identity, amount and evidence type beside the instruction. The team checks that event before marking an outcome verified.

Unresolved Reconciliation Items shows unmatched or exception events with their account and intended instruction. Reconciliation Analyst investigates the identity and exact amount.

The team keeps the original revision, decisions and evidence. A changed amount or executed scope goes through a fresh decision or compensating review route.
