• Provider statements. Feed dated balance snapshots and event identities to account snapshots and reconciliation items for investigation.
• Rate source. Supply effective currency rates to exchange rates for quote context.
• Identity source. Map active people and organizations to Users and team members before granting operational access.

Agree which system owns each identity and who investigates a conflicting event. Keep the original provider reference on imports and corrections. A changed balance or a local status is not a substitute for the provider’s actual event. Rehearse repeat delivery and amount mismatch with reconciliation.
