Transfer quotes holds the quote status, revision, destination country, send amount and recipient amount. Each quote points to bank instructions and Organizations. Treasury Operator prepares the quote against a specific instruction. Treasury Approver reviews the submitted revision and records a decision. The parent link lets the team compare the quote with the instruction amount and counterparty context.

• Identify the record. For an instruction whose send amount changes after a quote was prepared, the earlier quote revision cannot silently stand for the new amount. Treasury Operator updates the quote and submits the intended revision. Treasury Approver checks the parent instruction and supporting attachments before approving or rejecting. The decision time and source revision give later reviewers a way to understand which terms received approval.
• Keep the decision attached. Treasury Approver decides on the submitted quote revision after checking its parent instruction and supporting evidence.
• Follow the outcome. The decision and operation receipt show whether that exact revision was approved or rejected; changed terms return for review.

The parent and organization references connect each quote to the instruction being considered. The quoted send and recipient amounts remain on the quote, while the instruction holds its own amount and counterparty.

Agree how quoted exchange terms are obtained, how long a quote may remain useful and who may submit it. Effective exchange rates records can supply reference context, but the quote carries its own send and recipient amounts. Decide which attachment evidence the approver needs for a given route. Keep quote revision ownership clear when a counterparty or amount changes during review.

Treasury Manager should assign who obtains quote terms and who may submit them. Rehearse a quote whose send amount differs from its parent instruction, then a corrected revision. Retain both decisions and their operation keys so a retry does not create a second effect.

Open a submitted quote and compare its parent instruction, organization, send amount and destination. Have Treasury Approver record an approval or rejection for that revision. Change the quote amount in a rehearsal and confirm the previous decision does not silently authorize the changed terms. Follow the operation receipt for the action so a repeated request can be identified by its operation key.
