Click Get started to open Resort Activity Booking. Set up the people who will handle Front Desk, Activity Coordinator, Housekeeping, Finance and Resort Manager duties. Keep staff records linked to the correct users before assigning work or scheduling guides.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Enter a representative unit with its type, capacity and available state, then add the dated rate plan for that type. Create a guest party and a requested reservation. Rehearse confirmation, check-in, draft room charges and the guest-service task. Add a guide and a departure during the stay, then link the guest’s activity booking with a valid participant count.

Review before release

Test a unit with too little capacity, a departure with an invalid interval and an activity request that exceeds capacity. Post approved charges and enter a confirmed payment to rehearse checkout. Complete inspection and check that the unit returns to available only after settlement. Review role access and the daily boards with the staff who will use them. The implementation guide gives the full sequence.
