Choose a unit type and effective rate plan. Bring a demand observation with its snapshot and stay dates, then link a recommendation to a reservation. Add one valid request and one request with a problem the front desk must explain. Bring a posted folio item and a provider-confirmed payment for the checkout review.
Review before release
Have Revenue Manager approve a valid proposed rate or explain an invalid submission, Front Desk Agent confirm and check in the stay, Finance Clerk reconcile charges and confirmed payments, and Service Coordinator assign the released unit. Repeat a denied action for each role and retain the result with the accepted case. Use implementation for the full rehearsal sequence.
