Create your account

Click Get started and use Proto to set up RPA Task Manager. Identify the operating organization, the Automation Operator, the Bot Reviewer and the Exception Coordinator for the first bot. Give each person access to the records they handle.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a recurring bot with a known source record and external receipt. Record the queue policy and source mapping, then create a definition with its owner, revision and scheduled date. Validate and schedule it. Have the independent reviewer decide on the pending revision. Execute only the eligible reviewed work, then trace its attempt and numbered step to the external receipt.

Review before release

Rehearse a returned review decision, an unknown provider result and a documented correction. Check that the original revision and completed steps remain available after the successor is created. Use implementation to agree who investigates each exception and what evidence closes it.

Set up RPA Task Manager your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
