How a RPA Task Manager rollout works
Set up queue policy, review ownership and receipt checks around an initial bot.
Set the scope
Choose one recurring bot, its owning organization, operator, reviewer and external source.
Prepare the queue
Record policy reference, effective dates and source mapping; agree on the time zone used for scheduling.
Define and review
Create a dated definition, validate its revision, schedule it and have a separate reviewer decide.
Execute and inspect
Trace a claimed run through attempt, observed result, numbered step and confirmed receipt.
Rehearse exceptions
Investigate an unknown provider result, assign follow-up and test a correction with a successor revision.
What the customer provides
Provide organization and people records, queue policy references, source and target field mappings, bot owner assignments, provider connection details and the external receipt format. Name the people who can decide on a revision and resolve an exception. Bring a sample source record and a known provider result for rehearsal.
Changing it afterwards
When the queue policy or mapping changes, identify the affected bot revision and record the new effective context. Keep old run and review evidence tied to the revision that used it. Test the successor through the same scheduling, review and receipt checks before extending the operating scope. Start with get started.
