• Bot provider. Supply provider references, attempt outcomes and external receipt identities for execution.
• Source system. Agree which source record ID and fields a definition uses; record the mapping version and transform rule.
• Evidence storage. Keep supporting documents and receipt evidence available to the people who review and reconcile runs.

Define which external identifier is stable for reconciliation before the first live run. Record the credential reference on a definition and keep the credential itself in the appropriate connection store. Agree what a confirmed receipt looks like and who can verify it. A delayed or uncertain provider response should be traced against the existing operation key before another action is attempted. See implementation for the rehearsal.
