Bring the customer appointment details, intended interval and resource requirements. Agree capacity units, setup and cleanup allowances, and the salon’s consent and deposit policy. Identify the payment-provider evidence used to assess the deposit.

Admin confirms staff identities and resource scope. Booking Coordinator prepares the visit, Booking Supervisor independently reviews the stylist appointment, and Stylist records arrival and supported completion. Agree the no-show threshold before rehearsing an absent-customer case.

Test a successful visit, a stale revision and an action outside the salon organization. Confirm that staff can distinguish completed stylist confirmation from completed customer service and verified provider payment.

Cancel a held booking and repeat the same operation to verify that reserved capacity is released once. Rehearse a correction to work already carried out while retaining the original evidence. Finish with an uncertain receipt so the team can explain the discrepancy and the next responsible action without repeating external execution blindly.
