How a Salon Management System rollout works

Rehearse the salon visit with real resources, service evidence and a separate payment outcome.

  1. Choose the first visit

Select a familiar salon service with an identifiable booking interval and resource requirement. Bring its expected service duration and preparation allowances.

  2. Prepare salon access

Admin establishes the salon organization, resources and staff-to-user mappings. Agree booking ownership and assign an independent Booking Supervisor.

  3. Agree the operating policies

Define interval eligibility, capacity units, consent and deposit evidence, and the no-show threshold. Establish how the salon time zone is used for schedule decisions. For the pilot, agree and configure the stylist review before final booking confirmation.

  4. Rehearse preparation and service

Request the booking, prepare its reservation and review the stylist appointment. Confirm supported work, record arrival and retain the service completion evidence.

  5. Connect payment evidence

Reconcile authentic provider events against the booking. Include an unverified event and distinguish authorization from capture before relying on the result for confirmation.

  6. Test changes and exceptions

Cancel a held visit, repeat the request and verify a single capacity release. Rehearse a corrective action for work already carried out and reconciliation of an unsupported completion claim.

What the customer provides

Provide representative appointment details, resource names and capacity conventions. Identify the staff who prepare bookings, perform services and review submitted stylist arrangements. Bring the consent and deposit policies the salon actually uses.

Supply the payment-provider connection owner and examples of authentic event evidence. Agree how customer changes reach reception and what happens when a service or appointment duration changes after review. Include a cancelled or absent-customer case so the pilot tests the difficult handoff as well as the successful visit.

Changing it afterwards

Rehearse changes to capacity definitions, service evidence or approval responsibility before applying them to active work. Preserve the submitted revision and original operation history when a booking needs correction.

Keep completed service and payment evidence intact through later changes. Use the data model for reference-safe imports and cancellation and correction for follow-up on work already carried out.
