Get Scholarship Management running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Scholarship Management for your business. Choose a familiar course and learner for the pilot. Name the people who will own enrollment, prepare the award, review the application and confirm the finance handoff.

Bring the learner identity, course capacity and schedule, expected assessments and staff user mappings. Define the award’s academic year, eligibility criteria, maximum amount and monetary convention against the intended enrollment. Agree where any supporting documents and external payment confirmations are kept.

Approve the course place, submit the application and review the amount. Record the relevant attendance and scores, then rehearse the authenticated learning-result review. Use implementation to agree rejection, correction and fee-allocation procedures before extending the pilot.

Confirm that duplicate or ineligible enrollment requests stop, application links are consistent and unauthorized staff cannot advance protected states. Test a score above its maximum and an incomplete course result set. Keep an application Approved while its finance confirmation remains outstanding, then inspect the saved Disbursed outcome after the agreed handoff. Reconcile any learner charge separately before the team begins the next application cycle.
