How a Scholarship Management rollout works

Rehearse a real learner's application, course evidence and finance handoff before expanding the scholarship cycle.

  1. Choose the learner case

Select a familiar course and scholarship example. Name the enrollment owner, scholarship officer, reviewer and finance contact who will carry the case through its decisions.

  2. Prepare identity and courses

Map staff to user accounts and reconcile learner identity. Set course capacity, dates, sessions and expected assessments before approving new places.

  3. Agree the award rule

Record the award name, academic year, criteria and maximum amount against the intended enrollment. Agree the monetary convention and the evidence needed for approval or rejection.

  4. Run the application flow

Approve a valid enrollment, submit the scholarship application and review the amount. Inspect the saved learner, award and enrollment links after each handoff.

  5. Rehearse learning and finance

Record attendance, validate a score and review all required course results. Separately obtain the finance confirmation needed to record Disbursed and reconcile any fee allocation through its owning procedure.

  6. Test exceptions and expand

Try duplicate enrollment, a full course, an inconsistent application link, unauthorized staff, duplicate attendance and an excessive score. Resolve those outcomes with the responsible people before adding more courses or applications.

What the customer provides

Bring a learner list, the pilot course and teaching schedule, its capacity rule and expected assessments. Provide the staff identities who will prepare and review each operating step. Supply the award criteria, academic year, maximum amount and monetary convention, together with an example eligibility decision the team recognizes.

Identify the external payment-confirmation source and any charge-allocation procedure. If eligibility documents or learning results are kept elsewhere, agree how the reviewer reaches that evidence and who corrects a mismatched learner reference.

Changing it afterwards

Rehearse changes to award criteria, amount rules, access or course-completion requirements before using them on current applications. Preserve the learner and enrollment context of prior decisions. Review new finance connections against the same confirmation and fee-reconciliation cases used in the pilot. Begin with get started and use the data model when planning imports.
