Start with one active partner, a small set of drivers and vehicles, and a run that has a known start and end. The App Administrator enters stable codes and external references. The Dispatcher examines the assignment. The Transport Supervisor checks eligibility, a Ready vehicle and any decision recorded against the current run revision.
Rehearse a held vehicle, a defect with repair evidence and a reassignment after a changed run. The team should be able to tell which bus was originally proposed, what was approved and what actually served the journey. Agree who updates the provider's eligibility note and who handles a failed operation receipt before another attempt is made.
