Click Get started to open SCM for Cold Chain. Use Proto to configure the first organization and its team members. Assign the operating people who will prepare requests, inspect cold chain evidence and make reviewer decisions.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a limited set of items, lots and storage locations. Confirm each item’s base unit, each lot’s expiry and release state, and each location’s eligibility note. Create a request with a named owner and required date. Attach supporting evidence, send it for review and record the decision against its revision. Add a held-lot case with a sensor reference and excursion measurements.

Review before release

Compare an active reservation with posted movements for the same item, location and lot. Open an operation receipt and check its result against the stock effects. Have Inventory Reviewer inspect an exception and Auditor read the authorized evidence. When the team can explain the complete trail for the pilot case, extend the scope through the implementation plan.
