Create your account

Get started and use Proto to set up your trading organization and the people who will own purchase, review and customs work. Choose a real purchase case and an active supplier for the first rehearsal.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Enter the purchase request, requested amount, required date and purchase lines. Attach evidence with the intended visibility. Ask the Trade Reviewer to decide on the current revision and record a reason. After the order is placed, add its reference. Record accepted quantities when goods arrive and link a customs declaration with its entry and duty details.

Review before release

Open the purchase with its supplier, lines, review decision, attachments, operation receipts and declaration. Ask each role to explain the next action from those records. Check a rejected case as well as the approved path. Agree the external filing and finance references before extending the process to more purchases. See implementation for the rehearsal steps.
