Prepare the first operating cycle

Bring a few real customer orders with stable external IDs, customers and product SK us. Include ordered quantities, promised dates and an order that will ship in parts. Identify the carrier and provider messages that will supply label, tracking and payment evidence.

Review before release

Walk a draft through confirmation, allocation, picking, label review, shipment and delivery. Inspect the line quantities and events after each step. Replay an import and an external event, then have a separate reviewer reconcile a failed receipt. Plan the rollout and review permissions.
